Hello friends,
I wanted to send a note to let you know about an exciting offering. I’ve partnered with several other outdoor creators to bring you the first-ever Wanderlust Expo. This FREE online offering gives participants access to a collection of videos on wilderness topics of interest to hikers, campers, and others who enjoy the great outdoors.
My contribution to the expo was a short yoga practice for hikers video, along with a downloadable guide of some of my favorite stretches to do on the trails. As part of my community, I’m giving you first access to the guide, along with sharing the link to sign up for the expo. By signing up and confirming your email, you’ll have access to the expo’s full video library from February 26-March 1.
My intention with this short guide is to introduce simple yoga postures that can be done on the trail and easily woven into your everyday movement routine. Whether you’re stretching at home with your morning coffee or looking to release sore muscles after a long day on trail, these poses have helped me tremendously over the years. I hope they help you too.
