Hi friends,
It’s hard to believe it’s been over five months since I last sent a newsletter. Life has been full in the best way- returning to full-time work, finding time for passions like writing and yoga, and dreaming up what’s next. Thank you for still being here.
I wanted to pop into your inbox with a couple of ways we can reconnect this weekend.
Practice With Me
I’ll be teaching three beginner-friendly yoga classes this weekend, and I’d love to see a few familiar faces on the mat. Whether you’re a regular or it’s been a while since you’ve practiced, you’re always welcome. Two classes are taking place in East Tennessee, and one is virtual and FREE so you can join from anywhere.
Saturday, July 25 at 9am: Yoga in the Garden at The Green House $10
Sunday, July 26 at 12pm: Yoga at Johnson City Brewing Company’s Walnut Taproom $10
Sunday, July 26 at 7pm EST: Yoga for Hikers virtual practice with THRU-r *FREE*

New Articles for The Trek
I am still working as an Editorial Intern for The Trek. I’ve written news pieces about happenings from the trails, gear reviews, and tried to offer insight and advice to future hikers. My latest article is a breakdown of my gear when I started the AT in 2021 and what I would do differently now that I have over 5,000 miles of thru-hiking experience. If you’re planning a long-distance hike (or you’re just curious), I think you’ll enjoy it.

Whether we’ve met on trail, in a yoga class, or somewhere online, I would love to see you this weekend. As always, thanks for being here and for helping keep Magic in the Mountains.
I’ll talk to you soon,
Magic ✨
